We had a mission to be different, right from the start. It still exists today and is as simple as this: relationships mean everything. There are a few quick things you should know about the group. First, we’re more comfortable in jeans than a suit and tie. We work with our office doors open. Our floors aren’t marble and our desks aren’t mahogany. Those are just a few of the things that set us apart from other law firms.

Another big difference between us and our competitors? We don’t spend too much time focusing on the number of hours billed by our attorneys. Instead, performance at KLG is measured primarily by the barometer that makes the most sense to us: are our clients satisfied?

It’s this environment that attracted the majority of our team here from their big-firm commercial real estate and finance backgrounds. And more importantly, it’s why our clients feel connected, protected and understood.
