Tim came to Kayne Law Group after an initial career working in community banks and small business finance organizations. At KLG, Tim advises clients on aspects of commercial and real estate financing, sales and acquisitions, and leasing. He also advises clients on distressed loans and workout arrangements, including sale of troubled assets.

Coming from community and small business lending, Tim values the role banks and other financing institutions play in transforming parts of a community. He most enjoys seeing underused or underinvested areas transformed into staples of the community with well-placed finance and thoughtful development.

Tim graduated from Capital University Law School in 2015 and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

In his free time Tim is an avid skier and helps manage a local organization Columbus Adventure Club to get uninitiated Ohioans out to the ski slopes. He also collects classic arcade cabinets and can be found tinkering on decades old video games and associated hardware with a goal to never let this art vanish into vaporware.
