Moving quickly on property acquisition

Kayne Law Group advised a regional developer in its acquisition and financing of multiple parcels. The land comprised 63 total acres in northeast Columbus, Ohio, for the development of more than 500 apartment units. Our involvement included identification and resolution of existing environmental, drainage, title, construction and access issues. Understanding our client’s desire to move quickly, we efficiently completed contract negotiations, due diligence and the closing all in less than 45 days.
